Friday Fitness Overview

I am really lagging on my blogging, a big reason being I feel like I haven’t done anything worth recording! This blog is about my adventures and I have had very few adventures so far. Anyway, I forgot last Friday but remembered this Friday to share with you my week in fitness. It’s been a bad week with the rain turning me into a couch potato.

Friday & Saturday– Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Sunday– Took Rocky for a 2.5 mile walk in the rain. (270 cal)

Monday– Painted our family room ( 250 cal)

Tuesday– This was a crazy, killer day for me!

HIIT at lunch seriously killed me! (266 cal)

Softball- I played two full games and played the best game of my life!! (550 cal)

Wednesday & Thursday– WAY too sore from Tuesday to move!

See my problem? I work out really hard one day but am then too sore and tired to move for a couple days afterwards which I”m sure defeats the hard workouts benefits!  So here’s hoping I can make next week a great one fitness-wise!

On a completely unrelated side note- my sister came back from Hawaii and in one of her hiking pictures she looks EXACTLY like me! (With a thinner frame that is- but face wise, we’re identical!)
