I am a zombie without my coffee.I need at least a couple cups every morning before I even feel human. Working as a barista in college I started to like my coffee with less and less sweetener. By the time I had to cut out dairy, I was only drinking my coffee with a splash of milk. Now I drink it black, which is by far the leanest way to go! When my cousin wanted to start losing weight I suggested she drink black coffee instead of with sweetened creamers or Double doubles She was shocked when she heard the amount of calories she was drinking per day. One sweetened drink a day may not be bad, but if you drink more than one cup, it’s best to stick to black.
