Matcha Soy Latte

I have found my favourite matcha recipe! The matcha soy latte is tasty and one cup packs more energy than three or fours cups of coffee- I’m not exaggerating!

And it’s an easy recipe!

1 tsp. matcha, heat soy milk

I know! I know! I look so beautiful in the mornings.

I’ve had a matcha soy latte for a couple days in a row now and I am loving the all day energy and the way my brain feels! Usually I feel brain dead by 10 a.m. and no amount of coffee can make me feel alive again, but this matcha powder must have magical powers. There are a few more recipes I want to try so be on the look out!

I did try this with unsweetened almond milk and it wasn’t good. You definitely want to use regular soy or sweetened almond milk.

    I looooove matcha lattes. Or even mixed into a smoothie, waffles, whatever. Now I want green tea ice cream.

      I am obsessed! I can’t believe I haven’t tried it earlier. The amount of energy I get from it is crazy!
