Spring Friday Fitness

Friday- Nothing
Saturday- Nothing
Sunday- Nothing
Monday- Softball – 2 games
Phew! I did something at least!

Seeing that nasty pattern? I have to get myself out of this funk and back to it. It’s funny, because when I’m stressed out (which I have been) I KNOW that I’ll feel better if I exercise, yet the thought of exercises is so mentally exhausting I don’t do it. Crazy how the mind works against you sometimes. I had planned to go to hot yoga tonight to sweat out all this stress but I promised to help my grandparents out tonight after work.

I’ll just say I was resting up for the Mud & Sweat race tomorrow!
