Yes! It’s Friday already!! This week was ok. My weekend was GREAT activity wise but it slumped as the work week went on.

Friday- Nothing

Saturday- Mud Race (5k) & 18 holes of Golf

What a perfect day! I ran in the Mud & Sweat in Lethbridge with some coworkers. I am STILL waiting on photos so I can do a race recap post.

That afternoon, Ryan and I got in 18 holes at the Magrath Golf Course.

Sunday- 30 minute outdoor yoga session and walk 

Monday- Golf 9 holes

I’m dealing with car issues (more to come) so I didn’t have a way to get to softball. Instead, Ryan and I headed to Magrath again for 9 holes.

Tuesday- Nothing

Wednesday- Nothing

Thursday- Coached relay

This didn’t take a ton of effort on my part but I did do warm up and demonstrations so that should count. The girl I have been helping a little on the side asked me to help her relay team which qualified for provincials! So we spent an hour working on marks and hand offs. They are running today and I hope they do well!

So that was my week. Again, not stellar! The minute I miss ONE day it snowballs. I have to be #activeeverydamnday!!
