Summer Friday Fitness

Happy Friday! I have a half day today because I’m headed to Calgary for the special Band Perry concert! I won tickets on the radio, crazy right? Man am I excited.

As for my fitness this week it wasn’t as good as last week and I’m not going to beat myself up about it. I’ve begun a new part time coaching job that I’ll tell you about soon but that is now taking up two evenings a week meaning even less time to squeeze in a workout. I couldn’t think of a better time in my life to get off my butt and really commit to early morning workouts.

Friday- Golf 9 holes

I had an absolutely AWFUL game you guys! I can’t even describe it. I was so frustrated I threw my club down the fairway a couple times. Immature? Yes. Therapeutic? Hell yes.

Saturday- Vin Yoga 1 hour & Vinyasa Yoga 1 hour

Yoga in Henderson Park! It was absolutely awesome!

Sunday- Nothing

A did a little recreational swimming but nothing that could be called a workout in good concious.

Monday- Hatha Yoga 40 minutes

Tuesday- Nothing

Wednesday- Nothing 

I meant to work out. I really did! I wanted to go back to Goodlife and do that BodyAttack class again. But it was so hot and sunny, I had to go home and go swimming in the canal with the dog. It was necessary. We won’t have many hot days left (sad, sad thought).

Thursday- Nothing

Oops!! My Fitness Recaps this summer have been terrible. Tsk! Tsk!
