Summer Friday Fitness

This week was ok, I worked out more than I rested, but I’m not at the every day place I want to be in. But I think I’m doing pretty good considering I’m working every day of the week this month.

Friday- Nothing

Saturday– 2 mile run

Sunday– 3 mile hike (Lineham)


Monday– Nothing

Tuesday– 30 min Nike Training Club workout

Wednesday– 45 min Hatha Yoga

Thursday– Nothing
