I finally bought a spiralizer!

I have been reading about zucchini noodles for quite awhile now and FINALLY bought one for $15 on Amazon.

I goggled how to make them and this is what I did:

Peel and cut off the ends (duh!)

Send through spiralizer.

You have two options for size of noodles. I tried the larger end.

There was a cap thing that looked like it should help you twist the ends all the way through but it broke the zucchini apart rather than fed it through. My spiralizer had some weird leftovers.

Sautee lightly in olive oil for a few minutes

From what I found online you can cook them slightly or eat them raw,  but I wanted a noodle-like texture so I sautéed them.

Add sauce and enjoy!

Can you believe it is THAT easy? Why isn’t everyone doing this? And it was really good. If you like vegetable pasta sauce with bits of carrot and zucchini than you will like the noodles because that’s exactly what they taste like.

Even Ryan liked it!

Dear Santa, I think I am the only person left on the earth without a spiralizer . . .

Exactly! Gluten free pasta is expensive and this is so much leaner!
