I’m a Thankful Threads Girl

I don’t know about my readers but I am always looking for inspiration. Life can feel mundane and I am always looking for inspiration wherever I can.  Thankful Threads is a local (Southern Alberta) clothing company that captures that inspiration, captures that spirit of how I want to live (if that makes sense).

I first found Thankful Threads on Twitter, when I clicked on their website I fell in love with the message, the imagery, and the clothing. But when I discovered they were local I instantly sent an email to do a product review. The owner got back to me and asked to meet for coffee and chat.

I know this is a review of the clothing and company, but I have to give a paragraph about Thankful Threads owner Tawny because she is amazing! Within five minutes of meeting her I could see what a genuine person she was, filled with love, life, and gratitude. We instantly became fast friends and you’ve seen her in a past post or two because she’s become my new adventure buddy.

Tawny rocks!

Thankful Threads consists of high quality (super soft) hoodies, sweaters, tees, tanks & accessories. I own two of the tank tops and can attest to the quality and softness. I want to sleep in them, but at the same time I don’t want to stretch them rolling around but that’s how soft they are- pajama soft!

“We want to create apparel that inspires the wearer to live their adventure, and to be thankful for her adventurous soul whether it is in the big city exploring or road trips with the windows rolled down breathing in fresh air through the prairies while escaping to the mountains.”

The description of a Thankful Threads girl fits me to a ‘T’!

“The Thankful Threads girl is free spirited and adventurous. She is rooted in her beliefs and confidently create her own path while leaving her smile everywhere she travels. She is fearless and follows her ambitions. Her yoga mat and four legged best friend feed her soul with bliss”

I think that describes a lot of female adventurers out there such as myself.

So if you’re a fan of my blog and my lifestyle, definitely go check out Thankful Threads and see if any of the messages on the clothing speak to you.  Maybe you too are a Thankful Threads girl.

Or check it out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Pinterest! (You can see pictures of yours truly)

I’m also an Albertan (Calgary), and I’ve seen Thankful Threads around too, maybe it was at Market Collective. I love their message. Being able to take a weekend break to head to the mountains are recharge is so me.

I learned about Thankful Threads through my old roomie/soul sister Lauren. She was at a yoga workshop in Calgary, met Tawny and was so excited to tell me all about her, the brand and mission. Lauren’s featured on the TT souls page!

I NEED THAT NEWEST SHIRT TOO! It’s so “ME”!
