Spring Friday Fitness

Hello Everyone! If you follow my social media you know I have been on the trip of a lifetime at 2XU Ultimate Performance Training Camp in Hermosa Beach, California. I have so much to tell you and will do recaps as well as posts dedicated to the many topics we learned about!

For now, I’m exhausted and will do a recap of my week. All I have to say is, I am perfectly happy working out three times a day- I love it!

Friday & Saturday- Nothing

Sunday- Beach walk for an hour

Monday- Beach walk- hour

The first day of the camp we had the morning off so I made the most of it and was as active as possible!


1 hour bike ride on the beach

I rented a cruiser and went up to Manhattan Beach and back. It’s so much easier to stay motivated when the wind isn’t blowing you over!

1 hour of beach volleyball

We were taught the basics by Olympic beach volleyball players! I’ll tell you more later.

Tuesday-Strength Training

We spent the morning doing various basic strength exercises with focus on form and movement.

2 hours SUP (on the choppy ocean)

Half of us have never been SUP before and we went out on the choppy ocean! I’ll give you a full recap later

Wednesday- Power Training session

Box and medicine balls slams

Sprinting on the Beach for 30 minutes

Hot Yoga 1 hour

Thursday- 45 minute walk on The Strand

30 minutes roller blading along the beach


This week has been the experience of a lifetime and I can’t wait to share the details in the weeks to come!
