Friday Fitness- I Live to Frolf!

Isn’t it funny how your energy comes and goes in waves? Last week I was up at 5:30-6 a.m. out there running or doing NTC HIIT workouts and this week….. I’ve been sleeping until the last possible moment. I don’t know why I’m so tired this week but here it is Friday morning with not much in the way of training to my name.

I haven’t been inactive by any means though. Our town just set up a 9-hole Frisbee golf course and Ryan and I have been out there almost every night. It’s great, it gets us out of the hot house and out and about walking and socializing and it gives me a break from studying/planning.

On Wednesday night, when I skipped working on homework to frolf with Ryan,  I told him I was like Andy from the office.

I’m definitely missing my mountain time and I’m hoping that with my classwork almost done, I can spend more time with friends and getting outside! I knew this was going to be a tough summer, but Glacier National Park is calling my name!

Anyway, here is my week:

Friday- 2 mile run and 20 minute HIIT workout

Saturday- Danced a bit at the wedding

Sunday- Walked about 3 miles

We went for a family walk in Sparwood.

Monday- Frisbee Golf

Tuesday- Frisbee Golf

Wednesday- Frisbee Golf

Thursday- Nothing
