Is it just me or is this heat zapping all your energy? I don’t know if it’s the heat or the mental strain of school, work, lesson planning, and blogging (all while maintaining everything else) but I am BEAT! I used to spring awake at 6:30 a.m. and now it’s a struggle to get up at 7:30 am. I’m taking short naps when I get home from work/school before dinner because I am so tired. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I combat it? I don’t have time to be tired! Ha ha!

My week was….. less than stellar but I’ll share it with you anyway.

Friday- 2 mile run

My only morning workout of the week!

Saturday & Sunday- Nothing

Monday- Coulee bike ride

Sara and I hit the coulees again to ride bikes and laughed and laughed over how NOT good riders we are. I am borrowing my cousin’s bike and the gears don’t work so I’m forever stuck on gear. That makes it pretty darn hard to go up anything! Ha ha!

Tuesday- 18 Holes of Frolf

This is more physical activity than a workout but I like to show that I’m not being TOTALLY sedentary.

Wednesday & Thursday- Nothing

So yeah. Oops! This is why it would be good if I had Seawheeze coming up! I’m the type of person that needs something to train for to stay motivated. That and I already have FOMO knowing how much fun everyone is going to have in two weeks!
