This starting from the bottom has been an eye opener! Who would have thought that a 15 minute workout would kill me so much? I’m still not training with any regularity, which is a bad thing with a triathlon in August!  But every workout I get in gets me one step closer to where I want to be.

Friday- 40 minute bike ride

When Ryan got home, I dusted off my used Bianchi that I bought 12 years ago for $100. During the ride my legs felt like Jello but I was surprised at how good I felt when it was over.

Saturday- Nothing

Sunday- Nothing

Monday- NTC Workouts

I was motivated Monday morning after a lazy weekend. I did a 15 minute HIIT workout, 15 minutes of abs and core, and then a 7 minute yoga stretch. I

Tuesday- Nothing

Wednesday- 2 mile Walk

Rachelle and I headed out in the morning for a walk and catch up session before the wind picked up. Ty loves walking, the stroller gently rocks him to sleep every time.

Thursday- Hot Yoga 1.5 hours

I left TyTy with his grandparents and got in a great 1.5 sweat session at Hot Yoga Lethbridge doing Yang and Yin practice.
