December Link Love

December saw an enormous amount of holiday focused articles and links so this month doesn’t have very many links to share. It didn’t make sense to post links about staying healthy over the holidays after the holidays were over.

If you’re a fellow Sagittarius like myself, you’ll find yourself nodding along to this article describing yourself.  My favourite part was Best careers: Because they tend to be so intellectual, talkative and encouraging, Sagittarii make excellent teachers or professors, broadcast journalists, coaches, writers or hosts. Hmmm…. I check off three of the four! 

For those of you looking to improve your life in 2019,  my favourite link of the month was this one in PureWow that share 50 New Year’s Resolution Actually Worth Making. It’s a list of small changes that can make a big improvement in your life. 


I love yoga and this article by Outside explores why it’s so great for children. It’s also a great tool to keep your back healthy.

Time for winter running! Every wonder why the cold burns your lungs? This article tells you why. And there are great benefits to running outside in the winter.

I noticed everyone is talking about celery juice the last couple months. This link tells us what the health benefits of the trend are. I think I’ll have to give it a go!

I loved this article on how to manifest a a month of feeling good. The idea of making a list of the things you truly enjoy and then scheduling them is such a simple, yet effective idea.

It feels like self-care is a hot bath, but there are so many other ways to take care of yourself in 2019.

      The burning lungs is one reason I like to take it to the treadmill in the winter!
