New Year- New Booty!

I was randomly going through all my early baby pictures and then scrolled through my pregnancy photos and do you know what I noticed? My booty was tighter and more toned when I was 8 months pregnant than it is now! How did that happen?!

Well, I know how it happened. Six weeks of recovery time doing nothing followed by sporadic workouts and next to no weight training. Combine that with getting older and there you have it- a flat butt. I can’t have a flat butt! My round booty is literally what got me a husband! Ryan and I had known each other casually but he never showed any interest until a beach outing where he saw my booty, after that he was hooked! Ha ha! (true story)

I’ve been seeing booty bands a lot in late 2018 and I think they’ll become even more popular in 2019. Why? Because they rapidly activate your glutes and engage your hips during exercise. The hip engagement is one that can often be missed with traditional lunges and squats.

Enter Fitband! They contacted me asking if I was interested in their adjustable booty band. Being adjustable means you don’t need multiple bands with different resistance which just makes sense to me!

It’s crazy the difference it makes, especially in the hips and sides of your glutes!

I really like it! And it’s nice to have one that’s adjustable instead of three with different resistances.
