I’m not one to put together a bunch of shopping lists at the holidays, but rather leave that to those bloggers who put together beautiful gift guides with ideas for every type of person with every type of budget. I typically pull items saved in my Amazon cart to give friends and family gift ideas and almost every item related to health and wellness. So I thought I would share some ideas for a wellness gift guide for your loved ones this year.

Red Light Therapy Panel– Infrared light is used to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems and believed to relieve pain, boost collagen, and improve mitochondria reproduction.

Collagen supplements- Collagen is believe to help smooth wrinkles, improve hair and nail strength, improve joint health, and support your gut. I’ve been using a scoop in my coffee every morning and noticed an improvement in my hair after about a year of regular consumption.

Portable infrared sauna– Infared heats your body from the inside out versus a steam which stays on the surface. Some of the health benefits include better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss , relief from sore muscles and joint pain, and more! And while we can’t all have that picture perfect barrel sauna, these portable saunas work for all spaces!

Buckwheat pillow– Buckwheat pillows don’t trap body heat which means pillow stays cool. Hulls are also naturally hypoallergenic, so they’re a good alternative for people who are allergic to down.

Powdered greens- The easiest way to add a nutritional boost to your day is with powdered greens.

Shower filter– Your skin is the largest organ on your body and it absorbs what you put on it, including poor quality water. Using a shower filter reduces the presence of chemicals which prevents dry skin and hair damage.

Dry brush– Dry brushing before you shower helps unclog pores while exfoliating your skin. It’s also believed to increase blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage.
